We handle all support tickets in the order that they are received.  Calling ahead will not cause your support ticket to be resolved any faster.  

Audio Obsessions offers different levels of support.  

- If you are a client who is signed up for a Support Service Contract, then the levels of support offered are defined within your contract.  

- If you are not signed up for a service contract than your support time may be deemed as billable time.
